Greenberry Industrial Joins the NAES Family of Companies

Great News! I am pleased to announce that Greenberry Industrial has joined the NAES family of companies. We have been in discussions with NAES (North American Energy Services) over the last few months, exploring the synergies and growth opportunities for both companies and believe this is a well-timed strategic move that will significantly benefit both businesses.

Greenberry Industrial will become a Wholly-Owned Subsidiary of NAES, operating as an independent company with the same management team, operations, facilities, and customer relationships that have allowed us to grow our market share over the last few years.

Now, we will strengthen our market position through synergies with NAES, a larger company engaged in Fabrication, Construction, and Maintenance in the industrial Power and Process markets.

NAES is based in Issaquah, WA and serves a growing client base with broader geographic reach than Greenberry. Together, our respective cultures and customers are a perfect complimentary match that will energize the continued growth we forecast for Greenberry over the next few years.

In making our decision, we carefully considered how this move will benefit our employees, our business model, and the clients we serve. Having a big locally-based investor like NAES will allow us to pursue larger projects, opening the door to new customers, give our employees more opportunities, and secure our presence in our local markets with those we currently serve. NAES adds to our already formidable competitive position by bringing a strong balance sheet, additional resources, and a group of sister companies that offer great synergies for the future.

Going forward, much will remain the same. As a customer, the Greenberry employees you are familiar with will continue to serve you. The management team you know will still be the same.

Our commitment to you is only strengthened as we now have additional resources, expertise, and capacity to serve you. Our Safety and Quality programs, along with our focus on cost and schedule performance will continue. Our Continuous Process Improvement initiatives will be reinforced and our bedrock Customer First culture will not change.

What you will see is a company with greater ability to respond to your needs, and greater depth of expertise in all facets of our business.

Please feel free to call me directly if you have questions, or talk with any member of our management team. We are all very excited about this next step in fulfilling our intent to be the best choice for industrial construction and fabrication in your supply chain.

Sincerely,

Jason Pond
President
