Devon Energy

SAGD Well Pad Modules for Devon Energy

Greenberry Industrial was selected by the owner to fabricate, assemble, test, inspect, and prepare for shipment the modules for Devon’s Jackfish 2015 Well Pad Program. Jackfish is Devon’s steam‐assisted gravity drainage (SAGD) plant located in Alberta’s vast boreal forest. Greenberry built 23 modules ranging in size from 10’x10’x40’ to 20’x20’x85’. The truckable Instrument and Pump Modules (16) were built in Vancouver and trucked to site. The Pipe Rack and Condensate Modules (7) were fabricated in our shops in pieces and shipped to our 135‐ acre Module Assembly Yard in Cut Bank, MT for final assembly and test fitting. Complete modules were transported to Jackfish via the Sweetgrass border crossing and the permitted high load corridor in Alberta.

“Greenberry Industrial brought its expertise in cold weather welding procedures and modular fabrication methods to our prototype drilling rigs project. They are exactly the kind of contractor we prefer at Parker Drilling. They excel at safety, the quality of fabrication and installation work is always extremely high, and the professionalism of the people made it very easy to work with their team.”
