Greenberry provided construction management and execution for all tank demolition, civil and concrete work, fabrication of structural steel and pipe spools, and installation of all piping, pumps, and instruments for a new distribution facility in Portland, Oregon.

Greenberry performed concrete, piping, electrical, instrumentation, testing, and commissioning services as well as fabrication and installation of all structural steel, food grade piping, and utility piping for a new Yamasa Soy Sauce facility in Salem, Oregon.

Greenberry managed and performed the installation of process equipment—along with subcontractor management, facilitation of short evening and weekend outages, and extensive hot oil system work—for a Xerox plant in Wilsonville, Oregon.

Greenberry renovated a Xerox facility in Wilsonville, Oregon. This project included the fabrication of piping systems, supports, and small bore utility systems as well as the installation of storage and process tanks, hot oil units, pumps, filtration systems, and pneumatic conveyors.

DIESEL POUR POINT INSTALLATION This small cap project consisted of setting an additive tank and installing all peripheral process piping, valves, instrumentation and tie-ins. Greenberry performed general contractor and safety management services—inspecting, refurbishing, commissioning, and starting up a 100-acre mill—for Cosmo Specialty Fibers in Cosmopolis, Washington.
