Module fabrication in Greenberry’s facilities offers many advantages including better quality control and consistency for module duplication. Testing and commissioning in our shop reduces costs and performance-related startup delays on-site. Additionally, our customers report that module fabrication has proven to limit disruption to existing plant operations, lower on-site construction costs, compress project schedules by allowing structural and mechanical work to occur in parallel with site preparation and foundations, and decrease on-site safety risks.
Greenberry has the facilities, safety culture, quality programs, and expertise to deliver all types of modules, from truckable-size to sealift mega-size modules. Strategically located on the Columbia River, our largest US West Coast facility in Vancouver, WA, has a deep water 3000-ton loading dock and launch access for ocean-going barges, 150,000 square feet of covered fabrication space and 40 acres of assembly, laydown, and staging space. Additionally, we have a 135-acre module assembly yard in Cut Bank, MT, which is located 50 miles south of the Alberta, Canada, border.
