Greenberry has a deep-water access fabrication facility on the Columbia River in Vancouver, Washington. This waterfront facility enables us to fabricate large tanks, pressure vessels, modules, bridge steel, and large structural components – and ship them internationally and domestically. The space has functional material handling utilizing overhead cranes, jibs, hoists, and heavy forklifts.
Our deep-water access facility consists of:
- Over 150,000 square feet of covered fabrication space
- 42’6″ under the crane hook
- Deep water, 3,000-ton loading dock and launch access for ocean-going vessels up to 400 feet
- 1.75 million square feet of outside storage, staging, fabrication, and assembly space
- Two bays at 420’ x 80’ each; four bays at 365’ x 58’ each
- Rail access directly to the fabrication space
- Four 30 ton bridge cranes, 60 ton lift capacity
- 13 total bridge cranes
- Certifications including ASME (S, U), National Board (R), AISC (advanced bridge, hydraulic steel structures, and fracture critical endorsement), CWB, and NQA-1
- Conveniently located to Portland International Airport
