Greenberry fabricates all sizes of specialized shell and tube heat exchangers, using our dedicated ASME quality processes to develop the highest quality heat exchangers to meet our clients’ specifications. We use Compress by Codeware for routine Heat Exchanger calculations and Mathcad or Excel for any supplementary calculations. NozzlePro by Paulin Research and Nastran InCad by Autodesk are available for performing FEA on nozzles, attachments and non-standard geometries as needed.
Drawings are internally created using either AutoCAD for 2-D or Inventor by Autodesk for solid modeling drawing creation from 3D models. Separate details required for pre-machining and parts processing are provided to ensure that our cutting personnel and machine shops clearly understand the specific sequences and precision requirements needed for making each of the individual parts and sub-assemblies.
