Robert Crosby, day shift maintenance supervisor for Greenberry Maintenance at Cosmo Specialty Fibers in Cosmopolis, Washington, is a 2013 recipient of the Industry Supervisor Award presented at the Western Pulp, Paper & Forest Products Worker Safety & Health Conference. The award recognizes a supervisor who, on a daily basis, places the safety and health of the employees they supervise ahead of all their other responsibilities.
