Jason Pond Passes Greenberry Leadership Torch to Jarrett Pugh

Please join us in congratulating Jarret Pugh on his selection as Greenberry Industrial’s new President and CEO, succeeding Jason Pond. This transition was effective December 13, 2021. Jason Pond has been named the new Senior Vice President of the MROC (Machinery, Refining Operations & Construction) division for NAES, Greenberry’s parent company.

Greenberry Industrial is synonymous with the Pond family name. In 1974, Greenberry was founded and led by Robert Pond for 25 years before his son, Jason Pond, assumed the leadership role. For the last 22 years, with Jason at the helm, Greenberry has grown significantly by investing in safety and quality and continuing to foster Greenberry’s foundational values—integrity, honest relationships, and delivering value. Greenberry believes in promoting from within the company and creating opportunities for leaders that have the same cultural value and appetite for industrial contracting, as those instilled by the Pond family.

Pugh has been with Greenberry for the last 5 years as CFO, CCO, and then most recently COO. He brings a wealth of leadership experience and is revenue-focused, growth-driven, and a multifaceted leader, with hands-on experience in strategically growing industrial engineering and construction companies.

Pugh has a B.A. from Southeastern Louisiana University, an M.B.A. from Louisiana State University, as well as attended LSU’s Center for Internal Auditing.
